AN ACT
HB 5176
Relating to state financial administration; appropriating money; limiting expenditures; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of
Oregon:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authorized appropriations and expenditure limitations for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, for the following agencies and programs are changed by the amounts specified:

SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the expenditure limitation for the biennium beginning July 1, 2005, for operating expenses of the Information Resources Management Division authorized by section 2 (1), chapter 601, Oregon Laws 2005 (Enrolled House Bill 5130), is reduced by $35,665,294 to reflect the transfer of operations to the State Data Center.
SECTION 3. This 2005 Act being necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2005 Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
