Requires Department of Transportation to report to interim
committee on funding options for highway projects of statewide
significance.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to a report by the Department of Transportation.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + The Department of Transportation shall develop
a list of options for funding the projects of statewide
significance that are on the list of projects adopted by the
Oregon Transportation Commission in May 2002. The department
shall present a report on the options to the Legislative
Committee on Transportation established by ORS 171.595, or
another committee charged with considering transportation
matters, during the interim between the regular sessions of the
Seventy-third and Seventy-fourth Legislative Assemblies. + }
SECTION 2. { + Section 1 of this 2005 Act is repealed on the
date of the convening of the next regular biennial legislative
session. + }
