Relating to temporary transfer of water rights; amending sections 24
and 25, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1.
Section 24, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003, is amended to read:
Sec. 24. The
Water Resources Department shall report to the [Seventy-fourth Legislative Assembly, no later than January 31, 2007,]
Seventy-fifth Legislative Assembly, no later than January 31, 2009, on
the operation of the pilot project established under section 23, chapter
705, Oregon Laws 2003 [of this 2003
Act].
SECTION 2.
Section 25, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003, is amended to read:
