Relating to financial administration of the
Oregon State Board of Nursing; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions
of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees for clinical nurse
specialists, adopted by the Oregon State Board of Nursing and approved by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved as follows:
(1) Initial Clinical Nurse Specialist
Certification $ 150
(2) Renewal of Certification without
Prescriptive
Authority $ 75
(3) Renewal of Certification with
Prescriptive
Authority $ 105
(4) Clinical Nurse Specialist Prescriptive
Authority Initial
Application $ 75
SECTION 2. This 2007 Act being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
declared to exist, and this 2007 Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
