AN ACT

Relating to financial administration of the
State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology; and
declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted
by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and
approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:
(1) Application fee for licenses $ 40
(2) Delinquent fee $ 50
(3) License fee for Speech-Language
Pathologists and
Audiologists $ 160
(4) Inactive license fee for Speech-
Language Pathologists
and
Audiologists $ 50
SECTION 2. This 2007 Act being necessary for the
immediate \ preservation of the public peace, health
and safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act takes effect
July 1, 2007.
