Relating to Oregon Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Fund; amending
ORS 147.462.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1. ORS 147.462 is amended to read:
147.462. In
administering the Oregon Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Fund, the
Department of Justice shall:
(1) Expend no less than
15 percent of moneys distributed under the plan developed under ORS 147.456
on sexual assault services; and
(2) Expend no more than
[five] 10 percent of the
moneys distributed under the plan on administrative costs.
