Relating to emerging small business
enterprises.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1. Section 2 of this 2007 Act is added to and
made a part of ORS 279A.140 to 279A.155.
SECTION 2. A contracting agency may, by appropriate
ordinance, resolution or rule, limit competition for a public contract to
emerging small business enterprises certified under ORS 200.055 if the contract
is estimated to cost $100,000 or less and is funded by the Emerging Small
Business Account established under ORS 200.180.
