Relating to setoff of liquidated debts.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding ORS 411.760 and 414.095, liquidated and delinquent debts owed to the Department of Human Services may be set off against amounts owed by the department to the debtors.
