Relating to financial administration of the Department of Environmental Quality; and declaring an emergency.

Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

SECTION 1. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees, adopted or modified by the Department of Environmental Quality by rule and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, are approved:

(1) Permit fee to sell light and medium duty

vehicles in Oregon. Annual permit fees

will total $200,000 and will be allocated

to individual permits according to each

manufacturer’s market share.
