Relating to school capital matching
subaccount.
Be It Enacted by the People of
the State of
SECTION 1. There is allocated from the Administrative
Services Economic Development Fund to the school capital matching subaccount
created within the Education Stability Fund under section 4 (8), Article XV of
the Oregon Constitution, an amount equal to 50 percent of the ending balance
for the 2007-2009 biennium of the Administrative Services Economic Development
Fund as established by the revenue forecast issued during May 2009 by the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services pursuant to ORS 291.342.
