  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after the semicolon
delete the rest of the line and insert 'and prescribing an
effective date.'.
  Delete lines 4 through 31 and delete page 2 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + Notwithstanding the date for
completion of the next inventory, determination and analysis
required of a metropolitan service district based on a schedule
established under ORS 197.299 (1), Metro, as defined in ORS
197.015, shall complete the first inventory, determination and
analysis due on or after the effective date of this 2007 Act not
later than December 31, 2009. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + This 2007 Act takes effect on
December 1, 2007. + } ' .
