                             AN ACT
 
 
Relating to planning period for metropolitan service district;
  and prescribing an effective date.
 
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
 
  SECTION 1.  { + Notwithstanding the date for completion of the
next inventory, determination and analysis required of a
metropolitan service district based on a schedule established
under ORS 197.299 (1), Metro, as defined in ORS 197.015, shall
complete the first inventory, determination and analysis due on
or after the effective date of this 2007 Act not later than
December 31, 2009. + }
  SECTION 2.  { + This 2007 Act takes effect on December 1,
2007. + }
