                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to water rights; amending section 3, chapter 205, Oregon
  Laws 2001.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1. Section 3, chapter 205, Oregon Laws 2001, is amended
to read:
   { +  Sec. 3. + } The amendments to ORS 537.348 by section
