  On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 13, insert:
  ' (2) The department shall review the wetland delineation
report submitted under subsection (1) of this section within 120
days after submission of the wetland delineation report to the
department.'.
  In line 14, delete '(2)' and insert '(3)'.
  In line 17, delete '$350' and insert '$100'.
  Delete lines 18 and 19 and insert:
  ' (4) The Director of the Department of State Lands shall issue
an order revising the fee specified in subsection (1) of this
section on January 1 of each year, based on changes in the
Portland-Salem, OR-WA Consumer Price Index for All Urban
Consumers for All Items as published by the Bureau of Labor
Statistics of the United States Department of Labor. The director
shall round the amount to the nearest dollar. The revised fee
shall take effect January 1 and apply for that calendar year.'.
  In line 20, delete '(4)' and insert '(5)'.
  In line 23, after '2' insert '(4)'.
