  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 25, after 'stickers '
delete the rest of the line and delete line 26 and insert 'that
contain an expiration date that is different from the expiration
date shown upon the vehicle registration records of the
Department of Transportation.'.
  After line 31, insert:
  ' (5) Subsection (3)(a) of this section does not apply to a
vehicle dealer authorized to use and operate vehicles displaying
the dealer's plates under ORS 822.040.'.
  On page 2, line 1, delete '(5)' and insert '(6)'.
