                             AN ACT
 
 
Relating to Oregon Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Fund;
  amending ORS 147.462.
 
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
 
  SECTION 1. ORS 147.462 is amended to read:
  147.462. In administering the Oregon Domestic and Sexual
Violence Services Fund, the Department of Justice shall:
  (1) Expend no less than 15 percent of moneys distributed under
the plan  { + developed under ORS 147.456 + } on sexual assault
services; and
  (2) Expend no more than   { - five - }   { + 10 + } percent of
the moneys distributed under the plan on administrative costs.
