  Authorizes Department of Human Services to set off liquidated
debts against amounts owed by department to debtors.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to setoff of liquidated debts.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + Notwithstanding ORS 411.760 and 414.095,
liquidated and delinquent debts owed to the Department of Human
Services may be set off against amounts owed by the department to
the debtors. + }
