develop plan to eliminate sunset of provisions related to
services provided by nurse practitioners in workers' compensation
claims.
 
                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to services provided by nurse practitioners in workers'
  compensation claims.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + The Department of Consumer and Business
Services shall develop a plan to eliminate the repeal of the
authority granted to nurse practitioners to provide medical
services in workers' compensation claims as required by sections
32 and 33, chapter 811, Oregon Laws 2003. + }
