  On page 4 of the printed bill, line 1, delete the second '
council' and insert 'Governor'.
  In line 2, delete the colon.
  In line 3, delete '(a)'.
  Delete lines 4 through 14 and insert:
  ' (a) Active participation on an apprenticeship governing body
for a minimum of four years; or
  ' (b) A minimum of four years of experience in workforce
development or investment activities, vocational training or
education, apprenticeship program administration or a related
discipline.'.
  On page 5, line 39, after the period insert 'Local joint
committees in building and construction trades occupations may be
approved by the council only as group programs serving multiple
employers.'.
