  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 27, delete 'and'.
  Delete lines 28 and 29 and insert:
  ' (B) A judgment, an administrative order, a settlement or
other resolution of the challenge provides for the reinstatement
of the person with the public employer; and
  ' (C) The person either accepts reinstatement with the public
employer or is employed by a different public employer when the
judgment, order, settlement or other resolution becomes
effective.'.
