  Delete lines 12 through 14.
  Delete lines 18 through 26.
  In line 27, delete '(5)' and insert '(3)'.
  In line 29, delete '(6)' and insert '(4)'.
  In line 30, delete 'or member's transferee' and delete '
transferable' and insert 'membership'.
  After line 31, insert:
  ' (5) For purposes of this section, 'distributional interest '
means a member's right to distributions from the member's
membership interest.'.
