  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 23, after 'outdoors '
insert ', except that this right may be limited when it would
create significant risk of harm to the person or others'.
  On page 2, line 1, delete the second 'or'.
  In line 2, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (C) Of the right to daily access to fresh air and the
outdoors under subsection (1)(m) of this section.'.
