  In line 7 of the printed A-engrossed bill, delete 'continues to
have standing in' and insert 'may continue to prosecute'.
  In line 10, delete 'at the time the action was commenced ' and
insert 'to commence the action'.
  Delete lines 13 and 14 and insert:
  ' (3) The challenged policy or practice, or similar acts, are
likely to evade judicial review in the future.'.
