  In line 2 of the printed bill, after 'Corrections' insert a
period and delete the rest of the line.
  Delete lines 4 through 21 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + Beginning in 2012 and every six
years thereafter, the Department of Corrections shall conduct a
study of the actual costs of providing management, support
services, supervision and sanctions for offenders described in
ORS 423.478 (2). The department shall use the results of the
study to adjust capitated rates. + } ' .
