incarceration program to 240 days. - }

every six years thereafter, to conduct study of actual costs of
counties providing management, support services and supervision
of certain offenders on parole, probation or post-prison
supervision or sentenced to 12 months or less. Directs department
to use results of study to adjust rates of county
reimbursement. + }
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to Department of Corrections.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + Beginning in 2012 and every six years
thereafter, the Department of Corrections shall conduct a study
of the actual costs of providing management, support services,
supervision and sanctions for offenders described in ORS 423.478
(2). The department shall use the results of the study to adjust
capitated rates. + }
