  On page 1 of the printed bill, after line 25, insert:
  ' (8) 'Offense' has the meaning given that term in ORS
161.505.'.
  In line 26, delete '(8)' and insert '(9)'.
  In line 27, delete '(9)' and insert '(10)'.
  In line 28, delete '(10)' and insert '(11)'.
  In line 30, delete '(11)' and insert '(12)'.
  On page 3, after line 1, insert:
  ' (L) Has not been convicted of an offense involving controlled
substances or participated in a court-supervised drug diversion
program, except this disability does not operate to exclude a
person if:
  ' (A) The person has been convicted only once of violating ORS
475.864 (3) and has not completed a court-supervised drug
diversion program under ORS 135.907; or
  ' (B) The person has completed a court-supervised drug
diversion program under ORS 135.907 and has not been convicted of
violating ORS 475.864 (3);'.
  In line 2, delete '(L)' and insert '(m)'.
  Delete lines 4 and 5.
  In line 11, delete '(k)' and insert '(L)'.
  On page 4, line 2, after the period insert 'Except as provided
in ORS 166.291 (1)(L), I have not been convicted of an offense
involving controlled substances or completed a court-supervised
drug diversion program.'.
  In line 9, delete 'I am not an unlawful user of, or addicted
to, a controlled substance.'.
  On page 5, delete lines 34 through 43.
  On page 6, lines 19 and 20, delete the boldfaced material.
