  On page 2 of the printed bill, delete lines 16 and 17 and
insert:
  ' (d) The use of electronic transmission for the service of
documents in a proceeding, other than service of a summons or
service of an initial complaint or petition;'.
  On page 3, line 10, after '(1)' delete the rest of the line and
insert 'Pursuant to ORS 8.125 (11), the State Court Administrator
may establish procedures that'.
