insert 'and appropriate bonding'.
  In line 12, after the period delete the rest of the line and
lines 13 and 14.
  In line 18, after 'person' insert 'or disclosed first-tier
subcontractor' and after 'licensure' insert 'and appropriate
bonding'.
  In line 19, delete 'failure of' and insert 'Department of
Consumer and Business Services may impose a civil penalty not
exceeding $25,000 on'.
  In line 20, after 'agency' insert 'that fails' and after '
licensure' insert 'and appropriate bonding'.
  In line 21, after 'section' insert a period and delete the rest
of the line and lines 22 and 23.
