  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 17, delete 'subsection (4)'
and insert 'subsections (4) and (5)'.
  After line 25, insert:
  ' (5) The task force shall also study the H-2A visa program for
temporary agricultural workers established under the Immigration
Reform and Control Act, including the efficacy of the
administration of the program by the Employment Department. The
task force shall determine whether the expansion of the program
benefits efforts to meet agricultural workforce needs. The task
force shall report on the program as required under subsection
(12) of this section and shall include any recommendations
related to the program.'.
  In line 26, delete '(5)' and insert '(6)'.
  In line 28, delete '(6)' and insert '(7)'.
  In line 30, delete '(7)' and insert '(8)'.
