  In line 6 of the printed bill, delete '(1)'.
  In line 8, after 'if' delete the rest of the line and delete
lines 9 through 12 and insert ', with respect to those wages, the
taxpayer is made subject to criminal penalties or civil relief
described in 8 U.S.C. 1324a(f) in a final proceeding or consent
decree before a court of competent jurisdiction.'.
  In line 16, delete '(1)'.
  In line 18, after 'if' delete the rest of the line and delete
lines 19 through 22 and insert ', with respect to those wages,
the taxpayer is made subject to criminal penalties or civil
