  On page 1 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 2, before '
and' insert 'appropriating money;'.
  On page 2, line 23, delete 'seven' and insert 'eight'.
  In line 28, delete 'Director of Human Services' and insert '
Governor' and delete 'five' and insert 'six'.
  In line 33, delete 'and'.
  In line 34, delete the period and insert '; and
  ' (F) A public health program within the Department of Human
Services.'.
  In line 36, delete 'the parameters for a' and insert 'a
video-based'.
  On page 3, line 10, delete 'Department of Human Services ' and
insert 'Oregon Health and Science University'.
  In line 18, delete 'department' and insert 'university'.
  Delete lines 21 through 23 and insert:
  ' (14) All moneys received by the university under subsection
(13) of this section shall be paid into the State Treasury and
deposited in the Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome Fund for use
by the university to carry out the duties of the task force.

Syndrome Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and
distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Prevention
of Shaken Baby Syndrome Fund shall be credited to the fund.
Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Oregon
Department of Administrative Service for distribution to the
Oregon Health and Science University. + }

Prevention of Shaken Baby Syndrome Fund shall be transferred to
the General Fund prior to the convening of the next regular
