  In line 22, delete '$13,860,990' and insert ' $13,077,983'.
  In line 25, delete '$12,755,149' and insert ' $10,160,792'.
  On page 2, line 7, delete '$4,020,984' and insert '
$5,795,834'.
  After line 13, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 6. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures of the State Department of Agriculture for
the biennium ending June 30, 2007, the expenditure limitations
for the following programs for the biennium ending June 30, 2007,
as modified by Emergency Board action, are changed by the amounts
specified:
  ' (1) The expenditure limit on certain federal funds for food
safety, established in section 4 (1), chapter 716, Oregon Laws
2005, is decreased by $280,196.
  ' (2) The expenditure limit on certain federal funds for
natural resources, established in section 4 (2), chapter 716,
Oregon Laws 2005, is increased by $733,385. + } ' .
