the proposal of the Oregon Military Department, submitted in
accordance with ORS 396.515 (4), for the sale of the Ontario
Armory. + }

limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established
by section 2, chapter 83, Oregon Laws 2007 (Enrolled Senate Bill
5546), for the six-year period beginning July 1, 2005, as the
maximum limit for payment of expenses for the design and
renovation of the Eugene State Office Building from fees, moneys
or other revenues, including Miscellaneous Receipts, but
excluding lottery funds and federal funds collected or received
by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, is increased
by $1,116,470. + }

limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established
by section 1 (3)(g), chapter 623, Oregon Laws 2003, for the

construction from fees, moneys or other revenues, including
Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal
funds collected or received by the Oregon Department of
Administrative Services, is increased by $3,700,000. + }

limiting expenditures, the limitation on expenditures established
by section 1 (2)(b), chapter 623, Oregon Laws 2003, for the
six-year period beginning July 1, 2003, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses for the Salem office building construction
from fees, moneys or other revenues, including Miscellaneous
Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and federal funds collected
or received by the Oregon Department of Aviation, is decreased by
$2,000,000. + }

the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act
