  Delete lines 5 through 10 of the printed bill and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 1. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the amount of $200,526,723 is established
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2007, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, and including federal funds for
occupational safety and health-related activities, manufactured
home inspections and senior health insurance benefit programs,
but excluding lottery funds, collected or received by the
Department of Consumer and Business Services. + } ' .
