  In line 5 of the printed bill, delete '$742,102' and insert '
$637,338'.
  Delete lines 10 through 12 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures of the Oregon Board of Licensed
Professional Counselors and Therapists for the payment of
expenses of the board from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and
federal funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2007, the
limitation on expenditures for the Oregon Board of Licensed
Professional Counselors and Therapists established by section 1,
chapter 329, Oregon Laws 2005, as modified by Emergency Board
action, is increased by $100,000. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 3. + }  { + This 2007 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
