Relating to financial administration of the Department of
Environmental Quality; and declaring an emergency.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:

of ORS 291.055 (1)(e), the following new or increased fees,
adopted or modified by the Department of Environmental Quality by
rule and approved by the Oregon Department of Administrative
