  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 20, delete '$223,518 ' and
insert '$200,249'.
  On page 2, line 7, delete '$273,732' and insert ' $290,732'.
  Delete lines 17 through 19 and insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 9. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures of the State Board of Examiners for
Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology for the payment of
expenses of the board from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds and
federal funds, for the biennium ending June 30, 2007, the
limitation on expenditures for the State Board of Examiners for
Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology established by section 8,
chapter 606, Oregon Laws 2005, as modified by Emergency Board
action, is increased by $17,000. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 10. + }  { + This 2007 Act being necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety, an emergency is declared to exist, and this 2007 Act
takes effect on its passage. + } ' .
