  In line 6 of the printed bill, delete '$23,873,528' and insert
'$25,024,831'.
  After line 6, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 2. + }  { + Notwithstanding any other law
limiting expenditures, the amount of $1,628,875 is established
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2007, as the maximum limit for
payment of expenses from fees, moneys or other revenues,
including Miscellaneous Receipts, but excluding lottery funds,
federal funds and funds described in section 3 of this 2007 Act,
collected or received by the Office of Private Health
Partnerships. + } ' .
  In line 7, delete '2' and insert '3'.
  In line 8, delete '$95,855,818' and insert '$55,607,376'.
  In line 10, after 'Services' insert a period and delete the
rest of the line.
  In line 11, delete '3' and insert '4'.
