  In line 17 of the printed joint resolution, after ' bilities;'
delete the rest of the line and insert 'and
  ' Whereas the proposed closure of the Eastern Oregon Training
Center would have a significant impact upon the economy of the
City of Pendleton; now, therefore,'.
  In line 26, delete the period and insert '; and be it further
  ' Resolved, That any closure of the Eastern Oregon Training
Center be coupled with an economic development plan for the City
of Pendleton, including study of alternate uses for the Eastern
Oregon Training Center.'.
