  On page 5 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 8, delete '
four'.
  In line 9, delete 'four'.
  Delete lines 23 and 24 and insert:
  ' (5) The committee may not transact business unless a quorum
is present. A quorum consists of a majority of committee members
from the House of Representatives and a majority of committee
members from the Senate.
  ' (6) Action by the committee requires the affirmative vote of
a majority of committee members from the House of Representatives
and a majority of committee members from the Senate.'.
  In line 25, delete '(6)' and insert '(7)'.
