Allows state employee to donate accrued vacation, holiday and
sick leave to another state employee who is serving on active
duty in Armed Forces of United States or on active duty in
reserve component of Armed Forces of United States.
A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to donation of leave to state employees in active
military service.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
SECTION 1. { + An employee of state government, as defined in
ORS 174.111, may donate accrued vacation, holiday and sick leave
to another employee of state government who is serving on active
duty in the Armed Forces of the United States or on active duty
in a reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United
States. + }
