  In line 7, delete '(1)' and insert '(a)'.
  In line 8, delete '(2)' and insert '(b)'.
  In line 9, delete '(3)' and insert '(c)'.
  In line 10, delete '(4)' and insert '(d)'.
  After line 10, insert:
  ' (2) The outreach program information made available under
this section, including any recommendations contained in the
program information, does not create a basis for imposing
liability on persons that do not adhere to the program
information.'.
