                             AN ACT
 
 
Relating to temporary transfer of water rights; amending sections
  24 and 25, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003.
 
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
 
  SECTION 1. Section 24, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003, is
amended to read:
   { +  Sec. 24. + } The Water Resources Department shall report
to the
  { - Seventy-fourth Legislative Assembly, no later than January
31, 2007, - }   { + Seventy-fifth Legislative Assembly, no later
than January 31, 2009, + } on the operation of the pilot project
established under section 23 { + , chapter 705, Oregon Laws
2003 + }   { - of this 2003 Act - } .
  SECTION 2. Section 25, chapter 705, Oregon Laws 2003, is
amended to read:
   { +  Sec. 25. + } Sections 22 and 23 { + , chapter 705, Oregon
Laws 2003, + }
  { - of this 2003 Act - }  are repealed on June 30,
 { - 2008 - }   { + 2010 + }.
