  On page 3 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 25, delete '
liquified' and insert 'liquefied'.
  On page 4, after line 22, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 4. + }  { + Section 5 of this 2007 Act is added
to and made a part of ORS 468B.300 to 468B.500. + }
  '  { +  SECTION 5. + }  { + The provisions of ORS 468B.300 to
468B.500 apply to liquefied natural gas while the gas is in
transit through the navigable waters of the state or while the
gas is at a facility that receives liquefied natural gas from a
vessel. + } ' .
  In line 23, delete '4' and insert '6'.
  In line 28, delete '5' and insert '7'.
