insert 'cause to be sent'.
  In line 6, after 'to' delete the rest of the line and insert
'make any payment.'.
  Delete line 7 and insert 'This section does not apply to an
extension of credit or an offer to lend money.'.
  On page 3, line 42, delete 'delivered' and insert 'sent'.
