  On page 1 of the printed bill, line 2, after 'ORS' delete the
rest of the line and insert '105.643.'.
  Delete lines 18 through 21 and insert:
  ' (6) A disclaimer is barred if the purpose or effect of the
disclaimer is to prevent recovery of money or property to be
applied against a judgment for restitution under ORS 137.101 to
137.109.'.
  In line 22, delete '(8)' and insert '(7)'.
  Delete lines 26 through 29 and delete page 2.
