                        A BILL FOR AN ACT
Relating to operation of public use airports.
Be It Enacted by the People of the State of Oregon:
  SECTION 1.  { + At least 180 days before permanent closure of a
public use airport, as defined by the Oregon Department of
Aviation by rule, a person responsible for the operation of the
airport shall notify the department of the planned closure. + }
