  On page 2 of the printed bill, line 15, after 'arts' insert '
and includes a person licensed as a physician under ORS 677.100
to 677.228'.
  On page 4, line 33, after '(3)' delete the rest of the line.
  In line 34, delete 'of one of the healing arts,' and insert '
Students in approved schools that lead to becoming a licensed
practitioner,'.
  After line 36, insert:
  ' (4) A licensed practitioner.'.
  In line 37, delete '(4)' and insert '(5)'.
  On page 9, line 4, after 'a' delete the rest of the line and
line 5 and insert 'licensed practitioner.'.
