  On page 2 of the printed A-engrossed bill, line 9, delete the
boldfaced material.
  On page 3, delete lines 12 through 16 and insert:
  ' (b) A person convicted of a Class A or Class B felony under
ORS 475.840 to 475.920 for the manufacture or delivery of a
controlled substance in Schedule I or Schedule II may not be
issued a marijuana grow site registration card or produce
marijuana for a registry identification cardholder for five years
from the date of conviction.'.
  Delete lines 22 through 25.
  In line 26, delete '(d)' and insert '(c)' and delete '
violating ORS 475.840 (1)(a) or (b)' and insert 'a Class A or
Class B felony under ORS 475.840 to 475.920 for the manufacture
or delivery of a controlled substance in Schedule I or Schedule
II'.
  On page 7, line 27, delete 'violating ORS 475.840 (1)(a) or
(b)' and insert 'a Class A or Class B felony under ORS 475.840 to
475.920 for the manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance
in Schedule I or Schedule II'.
  On page 8, after line 18, insert:
  '  { +  SECTION 7. + }  { + The amendments to ORS 475.304 and
475.320 by sections 2 and 5 of this 2007 Act apply only to a
person convicted after January 1, 2006, of a Class A or Class B
felony under ORS 475.840 to 475.920 for the manufacture or
