                      SENATE AMENDMENTS TO

  On page 3 of the printed bill, delete line 10 and insert:
  ' (6) 'Financial organization' has the meaning given that term
in ORS 314.610, except that it does not include a credit union as
defined in ORS 723.006, an interstate credit union as defined in
ORS 723.001 or a federal credit union.'.
  On page 4, line 3, after 'law' insert 'and except as provided
in ORS 317.080'.
  On page 5, line 12, delete the colon and insert 'tax years
beginning on or after January 1, 2007.'.
  Delete lines 13 through 17.
